Safe Spaces, Brave Conversations — How Thinking Tools Are Helping Students Navigate Bias, Belonging, and Behaviour in a Changing World
In our article (p.31) for the Best Practices session of Volume 64 of the UNESCO/APCEIU publication Sangsaeng, we discuss how our thinking tools have impacted students in classrooms in Australia, New Zealand and Pakistan in the context of Global Citizenship Education.
We share feedback from teachers including the interdisciplinary potential of the tools, how they helped students view situations from different perspectives and how a lack of empathy can affect students and communities.
